How much is shipping?

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your product weight. Please understand that larger, heavier items require larger packaging and will therefore have a higher shipping rate.

NZ and UK customers will also have different shipping rates, calculated at checkout, based on product weight and size.

Aus Rates: $10-12.50 AUD

NZ Rates: $10-$17.50 AUD

UK Rates: £10-£25 GBP

Free Shipping:

Shipping is free for Aus customers on orders over $150 AUD

Shipping is free for NZ customers on orders over $200 AUD (is subject to change)

Shipping has a reduced rate for customers in the UK on orders over £150 GBP

How long does shipping take in Aus?

Delivery times may vary depending on Aus Post time frames, this excludes order processing time, but a rough guideline is between 2-8 business days.

How long outside of Aus?

International shipping times vary depending on your location. Our international orders are shipped via Aus Post. Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

Allow roughly 6-27 business days.

When do you pack orders?

I hope you can appreciate I am a one man band with a small human, so I will TRY and process all orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), however this is not a guarantee. If you place an order after 3pm on Friday it won't be packed until the following Monday.

How do I know when my order is shipped and on its way?

A confirmation email will be sent from Peppamint when your purchase is packed and you will receive tracking information from Shipstation/Aus Post or the relevant carrier once your parcel is dispatched.

Where will my parcel get delivered?

Your parcel will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order, once ordered this can not be changed, so please triple check your details. If by chance the details are incorrect and Peppamint has to resend a parcel you will be liable for this shipping expense.

Where is the gear shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD.

Individual countries and their local authority have their own import and customs regulations. We are not responsible for any potential import taxes and fees, these must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend you contact your local customs office to check if taxes apply and how much they may be prior to making your order.

If for any reason delivery is refused and returned to us, we can refund your order amount, minus the shipment fee.
